I'm often asked, "What's the secret to providing outstanding customer service?" My answer is always the same, "Build your Business to Customer Loyalty". This is my number one customer service secret, and is by far the most important one.
Many years ago, while being mentored by my father, he taught me to "get to know your customers, talk to them at every opportunity, remember their names and take a genuine interest in their needs and concerns". In short, make them feel special.
At Slessor Pontiac Buick GMC we continue to operate by that simple tradition.
